The adventure began in 2001 with the purchase of my first land in Assilah. What an adventure!!!

My dream and desire was and is to create homes and an environment that respects our lifestyles by incorporating new technologies with the greatest respect for the environment.

The balance of land, air and water at the end of my pencil gave birth to the "Gardens of Assilah"

The architecture of the facades is inspired by the Arab-Andalusian style, the interior architecture uses our remarkable Moroccan craftsmanship, all combined with some clean contemporary lines.

The ground footprint of buildings occupies only 20% of a total of 5 hectares land, the rest is gardens, water, play areas and access routes.

And finally I gave the family a place of honor and that corresponds our values.

For me the challenge was great, but a successful bet.
